The meticulous cleaning of the rooms is something that has always been done. Sheets, pillowcases, blankets and mattress and pillow protectors are changed at each departure. The strictest protocols are in place to clean all surfaces with strong disinfectants. Floors, interior and exterior furniture surfaces are thoroughly disinfected as well as all frequently touched objects, such as remote controls, telephones, switches, knobs, newsletters and catalogs, laptops, buttons, etc.

In the catering areas, the distances have been adjusted according to the recommendations of the experts and we have complied with the mandatory capacity limits. There is a dedicated person at the breakfast buffet who will take care of serving you whatever you want, so that everyone does not come into contact with the utensils and food. All crockery (plates, glasses and cutlery) are always disinfected in the washing machine at 85oC.
